How to place an order
To place an order click the ‘Buy now’ button next to the product(s) you wish to purchase. Once you have finished browsing, enter the checkout by clicking ‘Your Basket’ at the top of any page. Once in the checkout, you will be taken through a secure ordering and payment procedure, after which you will be sent email confirmation of your order and payment.
Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once your order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website. Payments are securely processed by Stripe and we have no access to you full card number, security code or other banking details.
Delivery costs are based on 2nd Class UK postage and the cost of packaging, which are automatically added. You can opt for 1st class, in which case the additional cost will be added as a supplement. If you have ordered more than one product in the same order, you will only be charged the necessary postage and packing of a single package, which may vary according to total weight and dimensions.
We aim to dispatch all mainland UK web orders within two days of receiving the order. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason, or has a longer delivery time, then you will be notified of the revised dispatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Your credit card will be debited prior to dispatch of your order.
If the goods fail to arrive, or are damaged in transit, please inform us promptly and we will agree with you the steps to be taken (e.g. replacement, refund, return arrangements etc.). This does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.
